The Challenge
A Malaysian buyer of construction machinery — wheel loaders, excavators, forklifts, and related equipment — needed multiple equipment types, but no single supplier could provide the full range. Sourcing piecemeal from scattered vendors made pricing and quality control difficult to manage.
Our Solution
We compared pricing and capability across multiple Chinese manufacturers to arrange one-stop procurement covering the client's full equipment range. The landed price came in lower than sourcing the same equipment locally in Malaysia — and MFE's Chinese supplier network includes after-sales service points inside Malaysia, giving the client full-range procurement with local repair coverage.
