Discovery & Product Brief
We start with a structured briefing call to understand your product concept, target market, price point, compliance requirements, and existing reference products. This becomes the foundation every factory is measured against.
Factory Identification & Qualification
We identify 3–5 candidate factories from our verified network. Each is assessed on capability, capacity, existing tooling, and compliance credentials before we share any product information. NDAs are signed before briefing begins.
Sample Round 1 — Concept Proof
We brief 1–2 selected factories with the full product specification in Chinese, including technical drawings where required. Upon receipt, we inspect and photograph the sample against every spec point and compile a consolidated revision list.
Sample Rounds 2–3 — Refinement
Subsequent rounds target the specific revision list — not open-ended feedback. We track every revision across rounds in a live changelog so no correction gets lost between sessions. Most products reach approval within three rounds.
5 Production Specification Lock
We produce the final Golden Sample and locked production specification in both English and Chinese. This document is the legal reference for all production runs — it specifies materials, dimensions, tolerances, finish, packaging, and QC pass/fail criteria.

OA stands for “Open Account.” It means you receive goods and have 60 or more days to pay. Unlike letters of credit or advance payment, you get time to inspect, sell, and generate revenue from the goods before settling the invoice.
We assess your business financials, trade history, and banking references. The process is based on your company creditworthiness, not personal assets or guarantees. Most applications receive a decision within 48 hours.
No. You can use the facility for a single carton or a full container. The service is designed to flex with your actual sourcing needs, not force you into artificial minimums.
Every financed order includes pre-shipment inspection. If goods fail inspection, we do not release payment to the factory until issues are resolved. This protects both your investment and our exposure.
No. There are no setup fees, annual fees, or idle facility charges. You only pay when you actually use the financing for an order.
Financing is available for orders placed through MFE Sourcing. We need to manage the factory relationship, QC, and shipment to underwrite the risk properly. It cannot be used for direct factory relationships outside our management.
